The right to reimbursement

The ordering party may resign from the goods purchased from the Adam Marszałek Publishing House’s online bookshop and renounce the purchase contract without providing a reason within 14 days after order delivery. The money shall be immediately reimbursed by bank transfer to a bank account provided in the statement of renouncing the contract, or – in case no bank account is provided in the statement – to the bank account from which the payment for the goods was made.
We urge Clients to make returns without failing to enclose a sales document.
The returned goods must not bear any signs of usage and wear.

Complaint

If, on receiving the goods, the Client discovers any technical defects or any defects caused by the delivery itself, please ship the goods back by post to Wydawnictwo Adam Marszałek, 87-100 Toruń, ul. Lubicka 44.

The Publishing House shall not accept packages sent via COD. The costs of returning the defected goods shall be transferred by the Bookshop to a Client-provided bank account immediately upon receiving the goods and recognising the complaint. We urge Clients to ship goods back along with a sales document.

The form for renouncing the contract / making a complaint**

We urge Clients to send us the statement of renouncing the sales contract / making a complaint along with the returned goods and purchase document to Wydawnictwo Adam Marszałek, 87-100 Toruń, ul. Lubicka 44 and with the following note: RETURN – renouncement, or RETURN – complaint.
